Please enjoy the many features which we are adding and updating continuously for your pleasure. I would like to personally that Kenrick Hau and Rob Hand for their inspiration and commitment to making this site a tribute to the TFOA.
In 2011, TFOA will be entering its 68th year of providing officials for amateur football across Ontario. We are extremely proud of all officials who have been members of the TFOA and have contributed to our rich history. We would like to congratulate our members who will be officiating in the Ontario University Association and the Canadian Football League in 2011. As well, there will be several TFOA members who will be working on stick crews, timing crew; ball boys , instant replay for both leagues.
In 2011, we begin the season with adult indoor football (January - March) at the Hangar in Downsview. In the spring we will provide officials for house leagues in Brampton ; Scarborough; and Junior Argos. Summer ball will include OVFL; OMFL; OFC; COMFL; NFC; CFL. High School Football (TDSSAA/CISAA) and OUA and CFL will dominate the fall season. The 2011 season will conclude with the OFSAA Bowl Games in late November at the Rogers Centre.
In 2011, TFOA will be branching out into some flag football. TDCAA (high school) and the Seventh Day adventist have asked TFOA to assist them with their programs.
TFOA continues to canvas for new members. Greg Aletto (Recruitment Chairperson) will be working with other TFOA members to recruit new members for this season. New members quickly become the backbone of the association as well as our future.
